Shipping Information
Processing, delivery and tracking information for physical Artemis orders.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Your shipping charge is calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery address and the total weight of the physical items in your order. You do not need to choose a shipping zone or calculate the rate yourself.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, and custom or personalized items may require additional production time.
Domestic Shipping
We ship within Lebanon. Domestic delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5–8 business days for nearer destinations and 7–12 business days for farther destinations. The estimate shown with your available shipping option at checkout applies to your address.
Delivery estimates do not include processing time and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, weather or circumstances outside our control. Customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information where tracking is available.
Orders Over 5 kg
Online international shipping rates currently cover parcels up to 5 kg. If an order exceeds this weight and no shipping option appears at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quotation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us if you need additional order information.
