Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we may be unable to modify or cancel it. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for the options available for your order.
How will I know my order was received?
You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout. When a physical order is fulfilled, tracking information is sent by email when available.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship within Lebanon and to select international destinations. Available destinations and rates are shown during checkout where supported.
How long does shipping take?
Physical orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Aramex Express delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days for Zones 1–5 and 7–12 business days for Zones 6–9. Delivery estimates begin after processing; customs or local conditions may cause delays.
