Return and Exchange Policy
Returns, exchanges and refund information for Artemis orders.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible physical products may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and returned with the original packaging.
Exchanges
If you would like to request an exchange for a different size or style, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Return shipping costs may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Downloadable digital products or files
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the case and arrange an appropriate solution.
